Usage
Take 1 capsule per day with a meal or between meals or just before going to bed with plenty of water.

This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 17 years of age.
Do not use in combination with medications that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and tranquilizers.
Do not use Serotonin stimulator during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have Down syndrome, scleroderma, kidney or liver problems.
