This product is intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol levels. Avoid consuming more than 3 grams of added plant sterols/stanols per day. If you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication, use the product only under medical supervision. From a nutritional point of view, this product may not be suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under five years of age. Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry and dark place.
