Usage
- internally: to support digestion, in case of illness and discomfort before and during menstruation, 15-20 drops on a sugar cube or diluted with water 3 times a day.
- Externally: To support blood circulation in the affected area, apply undiluted several times a day or diluted for sensitive skin.
