Usage
For adults, dissolve 1 scoop in water or juice 2 to 3 times a day. 1 scoop is approximately 1 gram. (scoop is located in the packaging) preferably on an empty stomach. Close the jar tightly after use. Attention! Never take amino acids with milk. Do not take with other proteins. Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. People with severe liver or kidney conditions are advised against using lysine supplements.
