SNP Cinnamon bark Originating in Southeast Asia, cinnamon bark is harvested from the cinnamon bark tree. While the inner bark is the source of one variety of essential oil, cinnamon leaves form the base of another. Cinnamon bark oil has a warm, sweet scent that is closely related to the well-known dry spice incarnation. Of course, cinnamon can be found in various cuisines around the world, and given its reputation as a "hot" spice, it should be used sparingly.
Usage Massage: Mix 3 drops with 10 ml of base oil, e.g. almond oil. Diffusion: 2 to 4 drops depending on your taste or the size of the room.
Warnings Avoid contact with eyes. Cinnamon oil can cause severe skin allergy and skin irritation. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use on babies and small children.
