Composition

Composition per daily dose of 1 capsule:
480 mg griffonia simplicifolia extract (standardized to 25% 5-HTP),
of which 120 mg L-5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP).

PURE: without fillers, without excipients.

Ingredients
Griffonia simplicifolia extract (standardized to 25% 5-HTP), vegetarian capsule (pullulan).

Directions for use
Take 1-2 capsules daily with plenty of water with a meal or between meals, or just before bedtime.

Do not use in combination with medications that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and sedatives.
Do not use 5-HTP during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with Down syndrome, scleroderma, kidney and liver disorders.

Storage instructions
Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry and dark place.
