Usage
Take 1-2 capsules daily with a meal or between meals or just before going to bed with plenty of water.
Do not use in combination with medications that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and tranquilizers.
Do not use 5-HTP during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if you have Down syndrome, scleroderma, kidney or liver problems.
