Directions for use
Step 1. Shake the bottle.
Step 2. Spray twice into each nostril.
Step 3. Repeat this in the other nostril.

Contraindications
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to one or more of the ingredients.

Ingredients
Aqua, sorbitan stearate, polysorbate 60, sodium chloride, glycerin, calendula officinalis, menthyl lactate, xantham gum, cellulose gum, guar gum, thymus vulgaris, lavendula angustifolia. Vegetal origin.
