How to use
1. Do not wet
Do not wet your toothbrush before applying the toothpaste – water can dilute the formula and make it less effective.

2. Less is more
Use a small amount, about the size of a pea. That's all you need for a fresh, thorough brush.

3. Brush with care
Brush gently for about 2 minutes, twice a day.

Enamel temporarily softens after eating or drinking. It's best to wait 30 minutes before brushing your teeth, as this allows natural processes in your mouth to restore your enamel to its optimal state.
