Slim Noodles are fat-free, sugar-free, and gluten-free noodles made from plant fibers from the Konjac plant, called Glucomannan. The unique thing about Slim Noodles is that they are rich in fiber and contain exceptionally few calories; only 9 kcal per 100 g. This makes it very easy to limit the calorie count of a dish.

Instructions for use
1. Drain the water from the package (e.g., in a sieve).2. Briefly rinse the noodles under running water.3. Fry or sauté your favorite meat or fish and add sauce and vegetables.4. Finally, add the pasta (without cooking) and heat the whole for about 2 minutes.

Storage advice
Store in a dry and cool place. After opening, store airtight in water, for a maximum of 2 days.
