Usage
1. Follow the instructions provided to adjust the bit to size (thermoplastic material is heated and formed to fit).
2. Place the mouthguard over your upper teeth at night to protect against grinding and clenching.
3. Clean the mouthguard daily with a mild cleaning gel (such as Ecosym or SleepPro Fresh & Clean) and rinse with lukewarm water.
4. Store dry in the supplied box.
