Self-Fit Bruxism Mouthguard Material - Food-grade EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) - BPA, Phthalate, and latex-free

Instructions for use
Customize your mouthguard as follows: - Place the mouthguard in 80-90°C water for 15 seconds. - Remove it with a spoon. - Shake off all hot water and then place the mouthguard in your mouth. - Bite into the mouthguard and press it firmly against your teeth on all sides. - Don't forget to press the sides down well. Once the mouthguard has cooled, it will retain its shape.
