Material Grind Guard Self-Fit - Food grade EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) - Free from BPA, Phthalate, and latex

Use
Customise your guard as follows: - Place the guard in 80-90°C water for 15 seconds. - Remove it with a spoon. - Shake off all hot water and then place the guard in your mouth. - Bite into the guard and firmly press it against your teeth on all sides. - Don't forget to press the sides down well. Once the guard has cooled, it will retain its shape.
