Usage
Take 0.5 grams of Shilajit with the provided measuring spoon. Dissolve it in a cup of warm water and drink it as tea. It is recommended to take it once a day, in the morning, on an empty stomach. If you have a sensitive stomach, it is recommended to take this product with a meal. This product is designed to supplement a balanced diet and should not be used as a substitute for it. Make sure you do not exceed the recommended daily dose. People under 18 years of age should not use this product. Avoid use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
