Ingredients Bulking agent (mannitol), lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L.), corn starch, stabilizer (polyvinylpolypyrrolidone), natural flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), pyridoxine HCl (Vitamin B6), sweeteners (steviol glycosides from stevia, sucralose), melatonin.
Usage Adults: Let one tablet dissolve in your mouth 15 minutes before bedtime. May be taken without water.
Use is not recommended for children under 18 years of age, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, epilepsy, liver or kidney problems, pregnancy and breastfeeding, and if taking blood pressure medication.
Excessive use may have a laxative effect.
Storage instructions Store in a dark, dry environment not above 25°C.
