SFI Health Equazen capsules omega 3- & 6-fatty acids

Equazen caps contain essential fatty acids, such as omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, which are important for health. They play a role in almost every cell in the body. They are especially important for children. Since the body cannot produce these fatty acids itself, they must be obtained through diet. Fatty fish is an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids. The government advises eating fish at least twice a week, including one portion of fatty fish.

Equazen caps are suitable for all ages from 5 years.

For children younger than 5 years, we recommend Equazen chews or liquid.

Usage
Take 2 capsules daily with food. 6 capsules daily for the first 12 weeks, if you are taking the food supplement for the first time or after a long break from intake, to build up the concentration of essential fatty acids.
