Equazen capsules contain essential fatty acids, such as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which are important for health. They play a role in almost every cell in the body. They are especially important for children. Because the body cannot produce these fatty acids itself, they must be obtained through food. Oily fish is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids. The government recommends eating fish at least twice a week, including one serving of oily fish.

Equazen caps are suitable for all ages from 5 years.

For children under 5 years old we recommend Equazen chews or liquid.

EPA and DHA are important for maintaining healthy triglyceride levels in the blood[1]
EPA and DHA have a beneficial effect on the heart[2] and blood pressure[3]

Usage
Take 2 capsules per day with food.
6 capsules per day during the first 12 weeks, when you take the dietary supplement for the first time or after a long break from intake, to build up the concentration of essential fatty acids.
