When you buy directly from us, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. Step 2: Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx or another trackable delivery method. We recommend that you insure your parcel.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. The original postage and administration charges will not be refunded. Sensitivity can indicate that your teeth are vulnerable, as dentin is exposed due to enamel loss or receding gums. If exposed dentin comes into contact with hot, cold, sweet, or acidic foods or drinks, or even a toothbrush with toothpaste, the underlying nerve can emit a sharp stimulus. Dentin protected by tooth enamel or gums can be exposed by brushing too vigorously, grinding, and/or tooth erosion.

Directions for use
Always follow the directions on the packaging. Brush twice a day, but no more than three times. Swallow as little as possible and spit out. Close the cap after use to keep the product dry.
Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age, unless in consultation with a dentist or doctor. Sensitive teeth may indicate an underlying condition that requires immediate care. Consult your dentist if symptoms persist or worsen. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Do not use if package has been opened.
