Step 1: Fill in the return details on the back of your order form. Can’t find your order form? Then download a copy of the returns form. Would you like to exchange the product for another one? Please let us know within 30 days of purchase.
Step 2: Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx or another trackable delivery method. We recommend that you insure your parcel.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. The original postage and administration charges will not be refunded. We will credit or refund the cost of the returned items and any taxes charged, minus the original postage costs. Please contact customer services for further information about our returns policy. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Silica, Sapindus Mukorossi Peel Extract, Betaine, Parfum, Hydrolyzed Oat Protein, Glycerin, Hydrolyzed Glyosaminoglycans, Hydrolyzed Rice Protein, Hyaluronic Acid, Citric Acid, Limonene, Coumarin.
Usage
1. Pour warm (50°C) tap water into the empty shampoo bottle up to the refill line (260ml).
2. Slowly add the entire sachet of refill powder to the water.
3. Replace the cap on the bottle, close it, and shake for 30 seconds. Shake well.
4. Once the shampoo has cooled to room temperature, it is ready to use!
