Directions for use
Before use, check that the product fits properly in your shoe. Remove the existing insole if necessary. The heel of the insole should be placed against the back of the shoe. If necessary, cut the end to the desired size, following the instructions on the product. For some people, it may take some time for the pain relief insoles to feel comfortable.
