Designed for narrow, flat shoes, providing extra cushioning and shock absorption under the heels for a light, nimble feel. Toes aren't compressed. Stays securely in place.
Suitable for shoe sizes 35 - 40.5

Usage
Remove the plastic backing and note the markings for the left (L) and right (R) insoles. Place the insole, adhesive side down, in the front of the shoe, making sure the raised part starts at the beginning of the sloped part of your shoe (this is under the ball of your foot). Reposition the insole as needed. Replace the insoles after 6 months or when they show signs of wear.

Warnings
It is recommended to replace the insoles every six months.
