SanoPharm Vitamin B3 niacinamide 50 mg Sanopharm Vitamin B3
Best natural resources
Lean meat, poultry, fish, and peanuts are rich sources of both niacin and tryptophan, as are brewer's yeast, wheat germ, liver, and the seaweeds hijiki, nori, and wakame. Outside of these foods, niacin is difficult to find.
Recording and storage
Niacin is absorbed in the intestines and stored primarily in the liver. Any excess is excreted in the urine. The body's niacin reserves are depleted by certain antibiotics and by excessive consumption of sugar and starch.
This formula is hypoallergenic and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
