Usage
Unless otherwise advised: take 1-5 grams 1-3 times a day dissolved in water or fruit juice about half an hour before a meal.
For recovery after sports or exertion: take 5-10 grams dissolved in water or fruit juice within 2 hours after exercise.
One full teaspoon corresponds to approximately 5 grams of powder.

This nutritional supplement is not suitable for use by children under 1 year of age.
