Bulking agents: isomalt, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, mono- and diglycerides, maltodextrin, starch, gum arabic, talc.
Usage Unless otherwise advised: Take 7 tablets spread throughout the day. For example: 4 in the morning and 3 in the evening. Take one hour before or three hours after eating with plenty of (lukewarm) water.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age.
