A gentle, non-clogging, and bioavailable product. Now with 10 mg of iron per capsule, 20 mcg of molybdenum, and 30 mg of vitamin C per tablet. Vitamin C promotes iron absorption and utilization. The addition of Lactobacillus bulgaricus (a friendly probiotic bacterium) from a yogurt culture provides "carriers" for the nutrients, just like in a natural food product.
This formula is hypoallergenic and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
