HighQuality 5-HTP Plus contains 5-hydroxytryptophan in a bio-effective form derived from the natural shrub Griffonia Simplicifolia. 5-HTP is the safe precursor to serotonin. This supplement also contains other nutrients required for converting 5-HTP to serotonin, including magnesium and vitamin B6.
5-HTP is an amino acid that forms the intermediate step between tryptophan and the important neurotransmitter serotonin. There is an abundance of evidence that low serotonin levels are a normal consequence of modern life.

This formula is hypoallergenic and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Usage
Unless otherwise advised: 1 capsule per day. Not suitable for children up to 10 years old. Not suitable for pregnant women or during lactation. Consult your doctor before use. Do not use in combination with fenfluramine. Do not use with Parkinson's disease. Do not use with scleroderma.
