Usage
Noise reduction with soft, noise-stopping foam earplugs.

Instructions for use
Roll the earplug between your thumb and index finger into a small rod. With your free hand, hold your ear above your head to facilitate placement. Insert the earplug as deeply as possible into the ear canal with a twisting motion. Wait until the plug has expanded in the ear before entering the noisy area. Ensure you can hear ambient noise with a hearing protector. Then you can enter the noisy area. If not, repeat steps 1-3 again. If the sound insulation is insufficient, change the type of hearing protection. After use, remove the ear protection plugs slowly and with a slight twisting motion from the ear canal to prevent damage to the eardrum.
