Ingredients
Vitamins (L-ascorbic acid, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), minerals (zinc as zinc sulfate monohydrate, copper (II) sulfate), carotenoids (lutein, zeaxanthin), vegetable fats (sunflower oil), excipients (sunflower lecithin, white beeswax), capsules (gelatin (bovine), glycerol, purified water, iron oxides).

Instructions for use
Adults: 2 capsules spread throughout the day. Take with a meal with sufficient liquid.
