Ingredients
Ascorbic acid, capsule/thickener (HPMC), NAC, velvet bean (Mucuna pruriens) extract, L-tyrosine (vegan), filler (cellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), natural L-theanine, Griffonia simplicifolia extract (20% 5-HTP), pyridoxal-5-phosphate, folic acid.

Instructions for use
Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient water, preferably in the morning 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal.This product is suitable for vegans.Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.Not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age.Do not use in combination with medicines that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and sedatives.
