Ingredients Resistant starch type 3, galactose oligosaccharide (GOS), Konjac Glucomannan, phosphatidylcholine, Silibum marianum extract, Chelidonium majus powder, calcium carbonate, zinc citrate, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
Usage Children from 2 years and adults: dissolve 1 level measuring spoon (5g) in 200ml of liquid twice a day (unless otherwise advised).
Stir well before use. Drink immediately.
