The leaves of the hawthorn are heart-shaped, which already suggests something about their use. The flower tops and berries of hawthorn are used in naturopathy for their relaxing effect. Hawthorn owes its positive properties partly to the presence of bioflavonoids.

Usage
Pour 200 ml of boiled water over the tea bag and let it steep for 5 – 10 minutes. Then remove the tea bag.

In a dry, cool (15 - 25 °C) and dark place.
