Ingredients Aqueous plant extract (54%) of: carrot (Daucus carota), nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), spinach leaf (Spinacia oleracea), couch root (Agropyron repens), fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare), brown algae thallus (Macrocystis pyrifera), hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa).
Mix of fruit juice concentrates (29%): pear, grape, blackcurrant juice, blackberry, cherry, orange, beetroot, carob extract, water, lemon, apple.
Aqueous yeast extract, honey, aqueous extracts of rose hips (Rosa canina) (with 4% vit. C), iron (II) gluconate, wheat germ extract, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), natural flavourings, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (sodium riboflavin-5"-phosphate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Usage Adults and children aged 12 years and over: 10 ml twice a day, half an hour before meals.
Children 10 - 12 years: 15 ml once a day
Children 6 – 12 years: 10 ml per day.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year of age.
Vitamin C promotes iron absorption, so taking it with a glass of fresh fruit juice is fine. For best results, the elixir should be used for 3-4 weeks. Do not take it with black tea, coffee, or dairy products, as these reduce iron absorption!
Important: Do not drink directly from the bottle.
Storage instructions This product contains no alcohol or chemical preservatives. To prevent spoilage, close the bottle immediately after each use, store upright in the refrigerator, and consume within 4 weeks.
Store the unopened bottle in a cool, dry place (5 – 25 °C).
