Usage
The grey Celtic sea salt is traditionally and manually harvested in the salt marshes of Guérande (Brittany). The salt is pure, unrefined, rich in minerals (including magnesium, calcium, and iron) and dried* for use in a convenient salt grinder. This very mineral-rich coarse Celtic sea salt is a flavour enhancer for many dishes. Delicious as a marinade for fish, for example. As a saline solution, it is also ideal as a supplementary mineral complex (sole).
