Cake mix with chocolate pieces Ruf Cake Mix Chocolate is a delicious gluten-free cake mix with chocolate pieces.
Ingredients Baking mix: corn starch, sugar, corn flour, rice flour, sorbitol, baking powder (acid diphosphate, raising agent sodium bicarbonate), thickener quinoa, flavouring, salt.
Chocolate flakes: sugar, cocoa mass, lean cocoa powder, emulsifier lecithin, anti-caking agent gum arabic and shellac.
Cocoa fantasy (glaze): sugar, vegetable fats (palm, coconut, shea), lean cocoa powder, lactose, emulsifier: lecithin

Usage Ingredients: Batter, baking mix, 3 eggs (M), 150 grams of soft butter, 1 tablespoon of water, a little flour for the baking tin.
Preparing Belsag
Combine the baking mix, margarine, water, and eggs in a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer, first on the lowest setting and then on the highest setting, for 3 minutes until creamy. Then add the flakes and stir briefly.
Grease and flour a baking tin (approx. 25 cm rectangular), spoon in the batter and smooth it out.
Bake the tart in the center of a preheated oven. After about 15 minutes, cut a slit lengthwise in the center of the tart about 1 cm deep. Before removing the tart from the oven, test it for doneness with a wooden skewer.
After baking, remove the cake from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack. After about an hour, place the bag of icing in boiling water and let it steep for 10-15 minutes. Cut open the bag and use a knife to spread the liquid icing over the cake.
Baking time and temperature: Top and bottom heat approx. 180°C*
Gas oven setting 3, fan oven approx. 160° - baking time approx. 25 min.
