Ingredients
Corn starch, sugar, corn flour, rice flour, sweetener sorbitol, baking powder: diphosphate, raising agent: sodium carbonate, natural lemon flavor with other natural flavors, thickener: guar gum, salt. Lemon glaze: sugar, modified starch, citric acid, natural flavouring.

Usage
Supplies:
batter: 200 grams of soft margarine or butter, 4 eggs, 25 ml of water, a little starch for the baking tin.

Preparation:
1. Prepare the batter: Place the baking mix, margarine, water, and eggs in a mixing bowl and beat until creamy using an electric mixer on the lowest setting for 3 minutes.
2. Grease and flour a baking pan (approx. 25 cm), spoon in the batter, and smooth it out. Bake the cake in the center of a preheated oven for approximately 60 minutes. Before removing the cake from the oven, test it with a wooden skewer to see if it's done.
3. After baking, remove the cake from the tin and let it cool on a cake rack.
Mix the bag of lemon icing with 25 ml of warm water in a bowl until smooth and then spread the icing over the cake with a knife.

Baking time and temperature:
Top and bottom heat approx. 180°C, gas oven setting 3, convection oven approx. 160°C.
Baking time 15 minutes.
