Quercus Folate B12 Quercus Folate B12 contains Quatrefolic®, the biologically active form of folic acid, also known as 5-MTHF (bonded to glucosamine). This form is readily available to the body without any metabolism, unlike other forms of folic acid.
Folate contributes to normal blood formation and tissue growth (such as in the uterus and placenta of the (expectant) mother). It also contributes to various brain and nerve functions, such as stress resistance.
- The bioactive vitamin B12 (MecobalActive®), a very pure form of methylcobalamin, contributes to mental performance such as concentration, learning, memory and reasoning and to the reduction of fatigue.

Usage Take one melting tablet per day. Let it dissolve in your mouth (preferably under the tongue).
Excessive use may have a laxative effect.
