Sustainable source of omega-3
Purasana's vegan omega-3 softgels are an animal-friendly and sustainable source of omega-3 fatty acids. Using the algae species Schizochytrium instead of fish provides an omega-3 option free from the environmental impact associated with traditional fish oil.
Because the Omega-3 algae oil is produced using a mild extraction method, the end product has a low oxidation value (TOTOX value) and high freshness, further supported by natural antioxidants such as vitamin E.
DHA and EPA in optimal ratio
The vegan omega-3 softgels provide DHA and EPA omega-3 fatty acids in an optimal 3:1 ratio.
Each softgel contains 375 mg of DHA and 125 mg of EPA and also takes into account the recommended daily intake of 500 mg of omega-3 fatty acids for healthy adults.

Ingredients
Omega 3to1® algae oil (Schizochytrium sp. algae), capsule: glycerol, pea starch (Pisum sativum seed), carrageenan (thickener), antioxidants: tocopherol-rich extract, rosemary extract and ascorbyl palmitate.
Use
1 softgel per day. Take one vegan softgel daily with a meal rich in healthy fats for optimal absorption of the omega-3 fatty acids. Do not use during pregnancy. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are undergoing depression therapy simultaneously. Not recommended for people taking antidepressants.
