1 drop, once a day, for a maximum of 4 consecutive days. For food, use in moderation.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts, the use of which requires some precautions:
• Always keep essential oil bottles out of the reach of children.
• Before using essential oils during pregnancy, consult a specialist.

Caution: Never add essential oils to a baby bath.
