Usage
Add 2 to 3 teaspoons of Purasana organic beetroot powder to your smoothies, shakes, milk, rice or soy drink, fruit juice, yogurt, cereals or in dishes. You can also use several types of superfoods together. Athletes can use up to 35g per day. Furthermore, beetroot powder is ideal as an addition to ice cream, cereals and cocktails.
