What is gemmotherapy? Gemmotherapy is the youngest branch of phytotherapy. It uses the buds, shoots, sprouts, and root fibers, or embryonic tissues, of plants. These embryonic tissues contain all the properties (both biochemical and energetic) of the future entire plant (including fruits, flowers, leaves, stems, roots, etc.) and can be used to support and optimize our health. Gemmotherapy is a holistic approach. This means it works on both the physical and energetic levels, as well as the psychological and emotional levels.

The founder of gemmotherapy is the Belgian physician Dr. Pol Henry. In the 1960s, he investigated embryonic plant cells for their therapeutic properties, following his colleague Dr. Niehans' research on the medicinal use of animal embryonic cells. This led to the development of "phyto-embryotherapy," whose initial findings he later published in the book "Phytembryothérapie."

In the 1980s, the French physician Dr. Max Tétau, along with several other European physicians, began further developing phyto-embryotherapy. He gave it the definitive name "gemmotherapy," after the Latin word gemma, which means both "bud" and "semi-precious stone."

Usage
5-15 drops per day,
15 minutes before meals.

It's best to collect the drops with a teaspoon and then take them. You can also mix the drops with some water or a beverage of your choice and then drink them.

Consult your doctor if you are using anticoagulants at the same time.
