Ingredients
Tartrate – gamboge - Garcinia cambogia (1%), bitter orange extract – Citrus aurantium (1.5%), Pu-erh tea (0.5%), green tea - Camellia sinensis (0.5%), green coffee – Coffea arabica (1%), guarana - Paullinia cupana (0.5%), vit. B1: thiamine hydrochloride, vit. B3: nicotinic acid, vit. B6: pyridoxine hydrochloride, vit. C: L-ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Usage
Shake vigorously before use to avoid any sediment, due to the natural extracts. Take the contents of 1 unicadose per day with water, fruit juice or undiluted. Can also be mixed in a bottle of water to drink throughout the day. A course of 4 boxes twice a year is recommended. Do not take after 5 p.m. and do not use during pregnancy. If you experience signs of restlessness or nervousness, discontinue use of the product. Do not use concomitantly with antihypertensive treatment.

Green tea:
Maximum daily dose of ECGC is 800 mg.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
