Usage
The recommended dosage for adults is one capsule twice daily, preferably taken with a meal for optimal nutrient absorption. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age and for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if using anticoagulants concurrently. The daily consumption of EGCG should not exceed 800 mg. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach and if you consume other green tea products on the same day.
