Usage
The recommended dosage for adults is one capsule twice daily, preferably taken with a meal for optimal nutrient absorption. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age and for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if using anticoagulants concurrently.
