Live brewer's yeast (also known as baker's yeast) is a microorganism that multiplies on germinated barley, and is popular for making bread or brewing alcoholic beverages.

Live brewer's yeast naturally contains riboflavin (vitamin B2), which contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
