Deodorized organic coconut oil
Purasana organic odorless coconut oil is made from dried coconut pulp, which is then pressed, refined, filtered, deodorized, and bleached into coconut oil. The coconut oil is suitable for frying at a lower temperature, which means the oil lasts up to 5 times longer than regular frying oil. Moreover, coconut oil is less susceptible to oxidation, and fries fried in coconut oil have a particularly soft and delicate taste.

Use
For frying or cooking in dishes.
Try to filter the coconut oil regularly. The desired temperature for heating coconut oil is 160°C; above 180°C, foam will form in the oil. Never mix coconut oil with another oil.
