Hojicha tea powder vegan organic Hojicha is a roasted Japanese green tea. Its distinctive roasted aroma creates a softly sweet and nutty flavor. Unlike other teas, Hojicha contains very little caffeine, making it an excellent evening tea.
For this unique tea, use water heated to a maximum of 80°C (176°F) and let it steep for about 2-3 minutes. For a fresher flavor, let the tea steep briefly; for a more complex taste that allows all the aromas to fully develop, let it steep a little longer.

Usage Mix 5 g or a serving of your choice in 70-100 ml of still water, or mix 5 g in 200 ml of milk, soy drink, or rice drink. Drink hot or cold.
