Directions for use
Take 2 capsules daily with a large glass of water.

Storage advice
The caffeine content is 22 mg per 2 caps. 2 capsules contain 55 mg EGCG. Do not exceed 800 mg EGCG per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach and if you are also consuming other green tea products on the same day. Not recommended for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women.
