Bee pollen is collected by bees, who mix the microscopic granules with their bee nectar to create the tiny balls – pollen. A maximum of 50% of the pollen is collected at the entrance to the hive, leaving enough for the bee population itself. Purasana Pollen comes from Spain and is among the purest and highest quality due to the abundance of wildflowers in the Spanish fields.
Bee pollen contains antioxidants and essential amino acids, and is also rich in B vitamins.

Usage
Add 2 to 3 teaspoons of Purasana organic bee pollen granules to your smoothies, shakes, milk, rice or soy drink, fruit juice, yogurt, breakfast cereal, or in dishes. You can also combine several types of superfoods. Bee pollen is best not cooked.
