For vitamin K2, Proviform uses the biologically active form menaquinone-7 (MK7), from K2 VitalDelta® with its high bioavailability and stability.
The importance of vitamin D for bones is well-known. Recent studies have shown that the combination of vitamin K2 as vitamin MK7 and vitamin D3 is more effective than either nutrient alone. Vitamin K2 and D3 have a strong synergistic effect.
Proviform Vitamin K2 - 200 mcg and D3 - 75 mcg is an entirely natural product with 100% natural excipients.
The human body produces vitamin D3 itself, provided the skin is sufficiently exposed to sunlight. Especially in the winter months, this is not always sufficiently possible. Researchers estimate that 40% of people over 50 have a deficiency of this 'sunshine' vitamin. Apart from fatty fish, there are very few foods that contain vitamin D.
Extensive research has been conducted into the functions of vitamin D3 in the body. This has shown that vitamin D has many more functions than previously assumed. Population groups with the highest risk of vitamin D deficiency are the elderly, pregnant women, children, people with dark skin, and people who wear covering clothing.

Vitamin K2, vitamin D3 (lanolin), vegetarian hypromellose capsule, filler (rice flour).
Usage
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal with water or as advised. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age. If using coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon), consult a doctor before using vitamin K2.
