Proviform uses the biologically active form menaquinone-7 (MK7), K2 VitalDelta®, for vitamin K2, known for its high bioavailability and stability.

Ingredients
vitamin D3, vitamin K2, vegetarian pullulan capsule, filler (rice extract), anti-caking agent (rice concentrate).
Usage
Take 1 capsule daily with water during a meal. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age. If using coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon), consult a doctor before using vitamin K2.
