Proviform uses the biologically active form menaquinone-7 (MK7) from K2 VitalDelta® for vitamin K2, known for its high bioavailability and stability.
The importance of vitamin D for bones is well known. Recent studies have shown that the combination of vitamin K2 as vitamin MK7 and vitamin D3 is more effective than either nutrient alone. Vitamin K2 and D3 have a strong synergistic effect.
Proviform Vitamin K2 - 100 mcg and D3 - 75 mcg is a completely natural product with 100% natural excipients.
The human body produces vitamin D3 itself if the skin is sufficiently exposed to sunlight. Especially in the winter months, this is not always sufficiently possible. Researchers estimate that 40% of people over 50 have a deficiency of this 'sunshine' vitamin. Besides fatty fish, there are few foods that contain vitamin D.
Extensive research has been conducted into the functions of vitamin D3 in the body. This has shown that vitamin D has many more functions than previously assumed. The population groups at greatest risk of vitamin D deficiency are the elderly, pregnant women, children, people with dark skin, and people who wear covering clothing.

Ingredients
vitamin D3, vitamin K2, vegetarian pullulan capsule, filler (rice extract), anti-caking agent (rice concentrate).
Usage
Take 1 capsule daily with water during a meal. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age. If you are taking coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon), consult a doctor before using vitamin K2.
