Saffron is a herb derived from the crocus flower (Crocus sativus L.). It is obtained by dehydrating red stigmas. With only 3 stigmas per flower, approximately 150,000 flowers are needed to obtain 1 kg of fresh saffron stigmas.

Saffron, vegetarian pullulan capsule, filler (rice extract), anti-caking agent (rice concentrate).
Use
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal (or 20 minutes before bedtime) with water or as advised. Avoid use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
