Ingredients L-taurine, magnesium taurate, magnesium malate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium citrate, vitamin C, vitamin B12, folic acid, anti-caking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid), glazing agent (HPMC), humectant (glycerol).
Usage Take 1-2 tablets daily with water. The tablets are quite large, which may be uncomfortable for some people. Therefore, the tablets can be easily halved.
